Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part D434-0800 is the hose handle assembly used on the 20 Series Tandem Air uprights from Riccar and Simplicity along with the Maytag M700. It is the grip at the end of the on-board hose, the piece you hold and the piece your wands and attachments push into when you switch to above-floor cleaning.

This handle spends its life being flexed, dropped and jammed into tool ends, so cracks around the tool socket and a loose fit on attachments are both common.
