Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part D355-1500 is the hose handle assembly for PV platform uprights built before the .5 revision. The revision mark on the machine decides which handle is correct, and this is the earlier of the two.

The handle is the part of the hose assembly that takes the twisting, dropping and knocking a hose sees in daily use, and it typically wears out well before the hose tubing itself does. A tired handle shows up as movement where it joins the hose, a grip that has gone loose in your hand, or air leaking at that joint instead of pulling through the tool. Replacing just the handle assembly restores a secure grip and a tight seal at the wand connection without buying a full new hose.
