Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement Filter Queen non-electric hose assembly comes in brown with new replacement ends and fits Filter Queen canister models 31X, D31X, D33, RN92, PNG92, AN95-X, 99, 99A, Triple Crown, Majestic, and AN95. The hose links the canister body to the wand so suction reaches the floor tools and above-floor attachments.

Over years of flexing, a hose develops cracks, kinks, and loose fittings that bleed away suction at the connections. Once air leaks along the length or at the ends, the machine works harder while picking up less. Fitting a sound hose restores full airflow from the canister to the cleaning head.
