Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part D225-0114 is the hose assembly for Riccar and Simplicity 20 Series clean-air uprights, supplied with the handle already fitted so there is no transfer between an old hose and a new one. Vacuums and More is an authorized Riccar dealer.

This assembly is listed for the Riccar R20P and R20UP and the Simplicity S20P and S20UP. The hose carries suction from the machine body out to the wand and attachments, so a crack, split or worn cuff on it usually means the attachment tools lose pull even though the floor brush keeps working at full power, which helps you isolate the fault before ordering.

Because the handle comes already fitted to the hose, the joint between the two is made the way the part was built rather than assembled in the field, which is worth having if the old handle-to-hose joint on your machine has ever whistled or lost its grip. Check both ends for a snug fit at the machine body and at the wand before putting the vacuum back into service.
