Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Complete hose assembly for Fuller Brush commercial uprights, part 53.074. It fits the FBHD-2T, the FBHD1T and the FBPHD2T, and arrives with both cuffs fitted, so it goes on as a single unit rather than as a hose plus separate ends.
The hose carries suction from the vacuum body out to the wand and tools. Hoses split at the flex points first — right behind the cuff, where the hose is bent every time the tools come out. A split you can barely see is enough to bleed off most of the suction at the tool end, and the usual complaint is that the attachments have gone weak while the floor nozzle still works fine.
Run your hand along the hose with the machine running; you will feel air pulling in at the break.
