Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement tension spring serves the Hoover 3101 Concept and related U3103 uprights. The spring holds working tension in the handle and pedal linkage so the mechanism returns and holds position the way it should during each cleaning pass.

Springs fatigue with heavy, repeated use, and a stretched or broken one leaves the linkage slack, sticking, or unable to reset, which can make the handle hard to recline or lock. Fitting a fresh spring with the correct rate restores smooth, positive action across the mechanism.
