Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

A rear wheel bearing for the Hoover Conquest, part 162143. It sits in the rear wheel hub and carries the weight of the machine while letting the wheel turn — on a heavy commercial upright that is a real load, hour after hour.
Bearings die quietly. The grease dries out, the races pick up flats, and the wheel starts to drag, wobble or grind. Long before it seizes you feel it in the push: the machine tracks off to one side, or takes noticeably more effort than the operator remembers, which usually gets blamed on brush height when the wheel is the culprit.
This bearing fits the Hoover C1119, C1119080, C1800 and C1820, covering the 7069 and 7071 Conquest machines. Check the axle and the wheel bore for wear while the old bearing is out — a worn axle will chew a new bearing quickly.
