Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine OEM Hoover latch lock (part 36151020) is the right-hand latch for the F5867 SteamVac, model F5837900. It secures the right side of the machine's housing or recovery tank, holding that side closed so the assembly stays sealed during operation.

A latch that has cracked or lost tension lets its side spring open, breaking the seal and allowing spills or rattling as you clean and carry the unit. Because it is molded to the original specification, this replacement closes tight and restores the secure, leak-free fit the machine had when new.
