Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The hood on a Hoover C1404 commercial upright is the outer housing panel that closes over the motor compartment and shields it from knocks and settling dust. Part 37252107 is the replacement once the original hood has split or a corner has broken away.
A damaged hood does more than look rough.
