Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Product details
This is the Hoover WindTunnel T-Series brush roll belt, part 562289001, also sold as style AH20065. It is a flat rubber belt reinforced with nylon threads, and that construction is the point: it does not stretch, so it holds the roller at proper speed for its whole life instead of gradually slackening off. The belt carries 091-1023c stamped on it.
Because it does not stretch, it tends to fail suddenly rather than fade. The roller stops dead, there is a smell of hot rubber, and the machine stops picking up on carpet while still sounding entirely normal. Anything wound tightly around the roller ends will chew through a belt early, so clear them while the base is open.
It fits the WindTunnel T-Series range, including the UH70200 Rewind Plus, the UH30300 series, UH70600, UH70900 and UH71200 machines, and the Royal UR30090.
