Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Expedited UPS Ground is available at checkout for an extra charge, including on orders that qualify for free standard shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Hoover sells the PowerScrub XL Pet, model FH68002V, as part of its pet-focused carpet cleaner range. Where a vacuum only picks up loose surface debris, this machine lays down solution and draws it back out, reaching the stains and tracked-in grime that settle down into the carpet fibers over time.

Hoover publishes three things about this machine worth knowing before you buy. It runs five counter-rotating SpinScrub brushes, so the carpet is scrubbed from both directions rather than wiped one way. It uses HeatForce for faster drying, which is what decides how soon a room is usable again. And its recovery tank is the larger TruMax design, so you stop to empty and refill less often on a whole-room pass. Hoover also lists FH68002V as taking its Universal Antimicrobial Pet Tool for stairs and upholstery.
