Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The dirt passage duct is the channel that carries everything the nozzle picks up through to the dirt container. Hoover part 002065001, listed for the CH50400 and UH30010 and for the Royal UR30095.

Ducts fail in two ways and both are irritating. A crack anywhere along the run bleeds air, so the machine loses the pull it needs at the floor even though the motor is fine. A broken or distorted section catches debris instead of passing it, and the same duct then jams every few uses, usually with a wad of hair and lint sitting somewhere you cannot reach.

A sound duct restores a sealed, smooth path from nozzle to bin. Clear any packed debris out of the ports it connects to while the old one is out, or the new duct simply inherits the blockage.
