Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This OEM control cable support (part 36131101) is part of the WindTunnel PowerDrive self-propelled system and fits Hoover U6439900, U6453900, U6630900, U6634900, UH60000, and UH60010. It anchors and routes the drive control cable that engages powered forward motion.

Self-propelled systems rely on belts, gears, and cables that wear over time, and when the control cable loses its support the drive engages weakly or not at all, turning an easy glide into a workout.
