Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The lock washer (Part #36128003) is a replacement fastener component for the Hoover Conquest commercial vacuum, fitting models C1119 and C1119-080. It sits under a screw or nut and grips to keep that fastener from backing out under vibration.

Commercial machines run for hours at a stretch, and steady vibration slowly works ordinary fasteners loose. A single missing lock washer can let a screw rattle out, which leads to loose panels, noise, or eventual component failure. The correct washer holds the joint tight through long daily use.
