Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Play developing in the handle of an Oreck UK30200 Command, where the handle shifts a beat before the base follows, is a telltale sign of a cracked spine connector. Part 440013694 replaces it, and the same piece also fits Oreck's BK95519 and Hoover's CH95519.

The spine is the slim vertical body of an Oreck upright, running from the handle down to the base, and this connector forms the structural joint inside that assembly, absorbing the twisting stress of being shoved, tugged and pried around table legs and doorframes through a full day of use.

A cracked joint leaves the machine feeling loose and vague under steering instead of tracking in a straight line behind the operator, and the crack does not stay put, every subsequent push works against a joint that is already compromised, so it widens over time rather than holding steady.

Replacing the connector restores that rigidity and stops the damage from working its way further into the spine body. Double check the exact model number before ordering, this connector is listed for the three machines named above and a part from a different Oreck upright will not seat the same way.
