Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This OEM Hoover brush roll for the Presto Broom (Part #440002093) fits the Hoover BH20090 and other similar models. The roller carries the bristles that agitate carpet fibers and sweep debris on both carpet and hard floors.

As the bristles wear down, the brush roll loses its bite and leaves dirt behind on carpet and in the seams of hard floors. A fresh roller restores firm agitation and noticeably better pickup across surfaces.
