Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement hood spring fits compatible Eureka uprights and returns tension to the hood or cover assembly. The spring holds the hood closed and helps it move and seat correctly during use.

A weak or broken spring lets the hood sit loose or fail to close, which can break the seal and let air leak, reducing suction. A fresh spring restores proper tension so the hood latches and seats as designed.
