Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the rear wheel for the HiZero F500 Bionic Mop, part M5100043301. The two rear wheels carry the back of the machine over everything it crosses — grit, door thresholds, the edge of a rug — every time it rolls.
A wheel that has flat-spotted, split, or seized on its axle announces itself long before you tip the machine over to look: the F500 pulls to one side, rumbles across smooth flooring, and in the worst case leaves scuffs on a delicate finish. It is a fault you feel through the handle first.
Both rear wheels wear at much the same rate, so while the mop is upside down check the second wheel for play and replace the two as a pair if it has any; look for scoring on the axle at the same time. This wheel is listed for the F500 — confirm your model before ordering.
