Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The HSINST50-0C is a complete Hide-A-Hose HS5000 kit built around the SoftTouch hose rather than the standard hose option.

Like other Hide-A-Hose kits, this one stores the cleaning hose inside the wall tubing between uses rather than on a hook or reel. Pull the end from the valve to clean a room, then feed it back in when finished and it retracts on its own, with no separate hose to coil or carry room to room. SoftTouch is the hose supplied under this part number. Trovac catalogues the HS5000 complete kits by hose, so the number quoted at order time is what settles which hose arrives with the valve, with no separate hose choice left to make afterward.
