Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The HSRINS50-0C is a complete Hide-A-Hose HS5000 kit that pairs the retractable hose valve with a Rapid Flex hose, ready to install as one unit.

A Hide-A-Hose setup keeps the cleaning hose tucked away inside the central vacuum tubing rather than on a separate hook or reel. Pull the end out at the valve to clean, and when finished, guide it back in and it retracts into the wall tubing, so there is no full-length hose left coiled on a hook or carried back to a closet between rooms. The Rapid Flex hose is the hose named in this version of the kit, and it is the only hose this part number covers, so the valve and the hose arrive matched to each other rather than ordered as two separate pieces.
