Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This compatible replacement HEPA filter (Part #R12107B) is made for Rexair Rainbow E Series vacuums and is listed to fit Rexair 99, R10520, and R12106B. It captures 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns, including dust mites, pollen, and pet dander, on the machine's exhaust.

If your vacuum is putting fine dust back into the room or the air seems less clean while you work, the filter is usually spent. A loaded filter also chokes airflow and drags down suction. A fresh filter restores both clean exhaust and full airflow through the system.
