Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The heavy-duty 3-prong female plug (Part #32-5634-05) is a yellow Cooper-brand connector for the female end of commercial vacuum and extension cords. It accepts a standard three-prong male plug and grips it firmly for a grounded connection. The high-visibility yellow body is easy to spot on a busy job site.

When the female end cracks or loses its grip, the connection goes intermittent and can expose contacts, risking both lost power and electrical hazard. Repeated plugging and unplugging eventually wears any connector, and a loose one is worth replacing before it fails outright. This rugged replacement restores a tight, dependable coupling.
