Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Bona Pro Series Stone, Tile and Laminate Floor Refresher (Part #WT760051163) is a 32 oz waterborne coating that lays down a clear, durable gloss across sealed hard surface floors. The acrylic and urethane formula is made for stone, tile, laminate, vinyl, sealed marble, and sealed granite.

Sealed stone and laminate floors gradually go flat as the protective layer thins under daily traffic. This refresher rebuilds a clear gloss and adds a fresh wear layer that takes the abrasion in place of the floor finish. It applies easily and dries quickly, so rooms return to service without a long wait.
