Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Kirby Hard Floor Cleaning Concentrate is a 24-ounce bottle formulated for use with the Kirby Multi-Surface Shampoo System and its shampoo tank. The concentrate cleans hardwood, tile, laminate, and vinyl, diluted to the strength the job calls for.

Pre-mixed cleaners waste money and storage space, and the wrong dilution can leave film on a hard floor. A concentrate lets you mix light for routine cleaning or stronger for heavy-duty work, so each floor type gets the right solution without residue left behind.
