Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part A432-0605 is the handle bolt nut used on Riccar 4000 Series and Simplicity 6000 Series uprights. It is a 1/4-20 hex nut, and the same number is listed for the Maytag M500 and M700, for the R10CV.8, R10CV.10, S10CV.2, S10CV.8, SC10CV.10 and SV10.6, and for the S10S, S10D, S10P, S10SAND and VOLT.

Handle hardware goes missing during a strip down, or gets chewed by a wrench that slips off it, and a bolt left without its nut is a handle nobody can tighten. These are sold singly, so count the bolts going back in and order to match, plus a spare if the machine is being reassembled somewhere other than a bench where a dropped nut is gone for good.
