Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Black handle assembly for the Riccar R60 and Simplicity S60 broom vacuums, part C669-0113. It replaces the upper handle section on these stick-style machines, which is a common casualty when the vacuum gets knocked over or the handle joint takes a hard sideways load.

These two brooms share most of their service parts with each other and with the Fuller Brush FB-SPFM.2. The motor housing (C669-0300), crevice tool (B669-0400) and nozzle release lock spring button (B669-4000) are all listed for the three machines together, while filters for the pair come as set RF60 and the black cord hook is B669-0113.
