Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Grout Smart concentrate from Core Hydroxi Pro is a 128-ounce gallon that restores, maintains, and cleans hard surfaces including tile, grout, marble, stone, floors, windows, mirrors, walls, and shower areas. It pairs hydrogen peroxide with natural orange oil to cut grease and lift grime.

Grout and hard surfaces trap grease and organic soil that dull the finish and hold odor. The orange oil breaks down the grime while the hydrogen peroxide helps reduce contaminants and eliminate organic odors, restoring the surface rather than just wiping it.
