Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This compatible replacement geared belt (part #32-3312-07) is made for the Turbo Cat T-210 turbine nozzle. The toothed belt links the air-driven turbine to the brush roll so it grips the gears and turns the brush without slipping.

A worn or stretched geared belt slows or stops the brush roll, which leaves dirt behind in the carpet and can give off a burning-rubber smell. Fitting a fresh belt restores full brush-roll speed and steady agitation. Belts wear over time and are commonly replaced every 3 to 6 months.
