Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement gasket for the Rexair D-3 upper motor shell (Part #R1794) seals the joint at the top of the motor housing. The gasket sits between the upper shell and the mating surface to keep air moving through the intended path rather than leaking around the seam.

A gasket hardens, flattens, or tears with heat and age, and once the seal breaks the motor loses the airtight boundary it depends on, which shows up as weaker suction. An air leak at the shell also lets the motor work harder than it should. Fitting a fresh gasket restores a tight seal and full airflow.
