Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Gardenia oil-base fragrance comes in a 1.6 ounce bottle with a dropper top and adds a soft floral gardenia scent while you clean. A few drops go into a Rainbow water basin or any vacuum bag, releasing the fragrance through the room as the machine runs.

Vacuums stir up trapped dust and the stale odor it carries each time the motor warms up. An oil-base fragrance counters that smell and leaves a fresh gardenia note in its place, and the dropper top makes it easy to add the right amount with no mess.
