Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 32-1039-05 is a replacement head for a Fur-Eel pet hair tool, the wearing part that does the work, for when the original has lost its bite. Fur-Eel's design, made by Denmark-based HAARBOLD ApS, is a patented mechanism that works by friction as you drag the tool across a surface, rather than depending on the vacuum's own motor power to spin it.

That friction-driven action is what lifts hair worked deep into upholstery, stair treads, and fabric that suction alone cannot reach. The working surface wears smooth with repeated use, and a fresh head restores the tool's ability to grab and pull hair free rather than skate over it.

Because the tool works by friction rather than suction, it keeps working even on a vacuum whose motor is weak or whose bag is nearly full, and it can be used as a hand tool on furniture and stairs without the vacuum running at all. Fur-Eel sells the head both singly and in refill packs, which is what marks it as the part meant to be replaced rather than the whole tool.
