Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part C288-0008 is the rear wheel for the Fuller Brush Home Maid canister, fitting the FB-HMP and FBHM. It is one of the wheels at the back of the body that carry the machine's weight as you tow it behind you.

A canister wheel that has worn flat or seized on its axle changes how the whole machine behaves. It drags at one corner, tips when the hose is pulled at an angle, and judders across hard floors. A wheel that has stopped turning altogether will start marking tile and wood.

Hair and thread wound around the axle is what usually kills them, so clear the axle when you fit the new wheel and look at the other side while you are down there. The replacement goes straight on in place of the original.
