Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This OEM clutch rod links the handle-release action to the brush-roll clutch on the Fuller Brush FBMMPWCF4 and the Titan T4000 and T4000.2 uprights. The rod transfers your input to engage or disengage the drive that spins the brush roll.

When the clutch rod bends, wears at its ends, or disconnects, the brush roll may fail to engage or the clutch slips, and carpet pickup suffers. The rod is central to the drive linkage. A sound rod restores crisp, reliable brush-roll engagement.
