Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part B603-3100 is the full bag indicator light listed for Riccar R25 and R27 uprights and for the Simplicity S26. It is the lamp that tells whoever is running the machine that the bag wants changing.

An indicator that stays dark, or one that will not go out with a new bag in the machine, is worth settling before any larger electrical part is ordered, simply because it is the least expensive item in that chain. Fit a fresh bag and a clean filter first, since a restriction anywhere along the airflow path can change what an indicator does. If the light still will not change state after that, the lamp or the wiring feeding it is the next thing to look at, and it is worth checking both before either is replaced.
