Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Foam intake filter, part 19834, that sits ahead of the vacuum motor on wide area machines including the Powr-Flite PF2030 and the CK 3030. Two are used per machine, so plan on changing them as a pair. The foam catches the fine dust that slips past the collection bag before it can reach the motor's cooling air.
