Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

SEBO's AIRBELT is not a single part but a short stack of them, and 8033UL is the compressible layer in the middle. The exploded sheet numbers the foam bumper as item 21, draws the textile sleeve immediately before it at 20 and the retaining clips immediately after at 22: foam to take the knock, fabric to face it, clips to hold the run tight against the shell.
That belt is why a canister can be dragged past furniture legs and door casings without either party suffering for it. Foam is the layer that surrenders first. It takes a permanent set wherever it has been crushed, opens up at the tight corners of the machine, and eventually parts company with its seat. Once flattened, it stops absorbing anything - blows land on the plastic body, and the marks left on baseboards and table legs are no longer soft ones. New foam puts the give back into a system that was designed around having it, and the belt sits proud and even along the whole flank again rather than dipping wherever it collapsed.
Nothing here is structural, so the work is quick: the belt lifts away from the shell, the tired foam is discarded, and the new section beds in and clips back down. Clean out the channel while it is exposed, because grit trapped underneath shortens the life of whatever goes in next.
