Flat belt that drives the solution pump on Bissell's Revolution HydroSteam carpet cleaners, cataloged as part 1634219 for the HydroSteam Pet 3428 and 34249 along with the HydroSteam Pet 3432 and 3513. It is described as the pump-to-motor belt, so it takes drive straight off the motor and puts it into the pump that pushes cleaning solution toward the spray tips.

A pump belt makes its failure obvious right at the trigger rather than anywhere subtle: squeeze it and no water comes out. Since the belt runs by friction against a smooth pulley instead of engaging teeth, it tends to glaze and gradually lose grip well ahead of an outright snap, so most owners notice the spray weakening or turning intermittent before it stops altogether.

Because everything else about the machine keeps working normally through this failure, the brush still spins and the recovery tank still pulls liquid back up, it is easy to assume the problem is a clogged nozzle or an empty tank rather than a slipping pump belt. Checking spray output first, before disassembling anything at the tip end, saves time in most cases.

Fitting the replacement takes no special tools. Before closing the housing back up, check that the belt sits square across both pulleys rather than riding at an angle, since a belt fitted crooked will glaze again quickly.
