Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part D223-1914 is the flat belt version of the power nozzle motor assembly used on Riccar and Simplicity tandem air canister nozzles. A power nozzle has a motor of its own whose work is turning the brushroll; the canister provides the airflow, and this assembly is that motor.

The complaint that points here is a brush that has stopped turning on a machine still pulling air normally. Before ordering a motor, rule out the belt: one that has stretched or glazed gives the same stalled brush for a fraction of the cost, and it is much the quicker of the two to check.
