Non stretch flat belt for Hoover's WindTunnel T-Series uprights, two to a pack under part AH20065. Hoover's own number for the same belt is 562289001, and the size is listed as 12.8 by 457, which is the dimension to match if your machine's diagram lists a belt by measurement rather than by part number.
Fitment runs across the T-Series platform, the UH70200 among the models dealers name most often, along with UH70205, UH70210, UH70211, UH70212 and UH70215, the UH70130 Rewind, and the bagged uprights UH30300 and UH30310. The WindTunnel Max uprights in the UH70600 range take the same belt.
An ordinary rubber belt loses tension as it warms and flexes around the pulleys, which is why brush roll speed on an older vacuum can fall off well before the belt breaks. A non stretch design resists that gradual loosening, holding closer to its original tension and brush roll speed over a longer stretch of normal use.
Resisting stretch does not make it immune to wear. It still ages where it wraps tightly around the brush roll and the motor shaft, so the usual signs apply: a brush roll turning visibly slower than it used to, a faint burning rubber smell after a session, or carpet pickup that has quietly dropped off. Any one of those is reason to look at the belt rather than wait for it to part.
