Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

HOSE-15C is a complete 15-foot Fitall crushproof hose, supplied with its handle and end cuff already attached and ready to connect.

Most vacuum hoses fail long before their material wears out, killed by a boot pressing down on them or a caster wheel running across them; crushproof construction is built to resist exactly that kind of crushing force and hold its round shape. Because this hose ships as one finished assembly, there is nothing to fit together before use, making it a straightforward swap for a hose that has gone soft, developed a permanent kink, or split along its length.
