Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

A chrome telescopic wand for central vacuum cleaning kits, sold under part number TC-FITWAND. The Fit-All design means it is built to work across the common hose ends and floor tools found on residential central vacuum systems rather than being tied to one brand of unit.

Telescoping means one wand covers baseboards, stairs and ceiling corners: release the collar, slide it to the length you want and lock it again. Chrome tube stock is what makes that possible year after year, since it takes knocks against door frames and stair nosings without the scarring you get on painted steel.
