Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Set 6696AM holds both filters an AIRBELT K needs at service time: a pre-motor microfilter and an exhaust filter, the pair SEBO groups together at position 6 in the AIRBELT K parts diagram.
The set covers the SEBO AIRBELT K2 Kombi, K2 Turbo and K3 Premium. Changing both elements at once is the right approach because they do complementary jobs. The pre-motor pad keeps fine dust off the motor and its windings; the exhaust element decides what returns to the room after the motor has passed the air through. A machine running one fresh filter against one loaded filter is only half serviced, and the loaded one still narrows the airflow path enough to be felt at the nozzle.
Neither piece is washable — sealed media is replaced, not rinsed or tapped clean — and both seat by hand with nothing to unscrew, so the whole job takes a couple of minutes with the machine on the floor in front of you. If you would rather buy the pieces individually, the K pre-motor microfilter is stocked as 6191AM and the K exhaust filter as 6608ER.
