Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

A full filter change on the AIRBELT E comes down to a single part number. Set 8322AM supplies the pre-motor microfilter and the exhaust microfilter together, and SEBO shows the pre-motor element as the filter box at position 20 in the AIRBELT E parts diagram.
It fits the SEBO AIRBELT E1 Kombi, E2 Turbo and E3 Premium. The pre-motor filter defends the motor against whatever escapes the bag, while the exhaust filter treats the air on its way back out, so replacing them together keeps suction and exhaust quality moving in step instead of leaving one stage lagging behind the other. Both elements seat by hand with nothing to unscrew and nothing to unclip, which makes this a service anyone can do on the kitchen floor in a couple of minutes.
The usual prompts to change them are easy to recognise once you know them: a machine that has lost pull despite a fresh bag, a warmer or louder motor note, media that has gone gray right through, or a dusty smell coming off the exhaust. Sealed filter media cannot be washed or vacuumed clean, so replacement is the only service it takes.
