Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement Compact TriStar Secondary Filter ships as a 2-pack and is designed for Compact and TriStar canister vacuums. It provides exhaust-stage filtration that keeps the air leaving the machine clean and shields internal components from fine dust.

A secondary filter loads up with fine particles over time, and a dirty one restricts airflow and lets dust reach parts it should protect. Replacing it on schedule keeps air moving freely through the canister and preserves suction, while a fresh filter improves the quality of the exhaust air.
