Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is the filter, complete with its gasket, for the Fuller Brush FBMV4 mini hand vacuum, ordered as HV-FILTER. The same filter fits the Simplicity F1.2, the Riccar GEM-R.2 and the Smart Choice SCT-1.2, which are close relatives of the same machine.

Everything a hand vacuum picks up passes through this filter, and in a machine this small there is not much media to fill. Suction fades over weeks rather than months if you use it on fine dust, sawdust or pet hair. The gasket matters as much as the media does: without a seal, dust takes the shortcut around the filter and heads straight for the motor.

Tap it out between uses to keep it breathing, and change it when it stays gray after a knock. Keeping a spare in the drawer means the machine never sits unusable while one is on order.
