Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement fill tube fits Kirby uprights from the Heritage through the Ultimate Diamond, including model 2582. The tube carries airflow and debris between the vacuum unit and the attachment connection, keeping the suction path continuous.

A cracked, kinked, or leaking fill tube bleeds off suction and reduces cleaning power at the tool end. Inspecting the tube for splits and swapping in a sound replacement restores a sealed, flexible path so the machine pulls at full strength.
