Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These felt buffing pads measure 5-1/2 inches across and are made for the Pullman-Holt Gloss Boss mini floor machine, packaged as a pair. Felt is the pad of choice for buffing, working a smooth, high-gloss finish onto hardwood, tile, and other hard floor surfaces. The dense fibers polish the surface without cutting into it.

Over time a felt pad compresses, loads with residue, or wears down, and once it does it no longer brings up a clean shine. Switching to a fresh pad restores the smooth, glossy result the Gloss Boss is meant to deliver. Having two on hand keeps a spare ready for the next session.
