Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Fang and Fur-Eel Pro pet hair tool (Part #32-1038-06) tackles stubborn pet hair on furniture, stairs, and car seats, and its universal 1-1/4 inch connection fits most residential vacuum wands and hoses. The tool's grabbing surface lifts embedded fur rather than sliding over it.

Ordinary attachments tend to push pet hair around and leave it woven into the fabric. The Fur-Eel's design grips and pulls that hair up in a single pass, so surfaces come clean instead of just looking rearranged. For homes with shedding pets, it does the work a plain crevice or upholstery tool cannot.
