Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement lower fan spacer for the D3C (Part #R1982) sets the clearance between the fan and the motor assembly. Correct spacing keeps the fan positioned so air moves efficiently through the motor for full suction.

A spacer that is worn, cracked, or out of place lets the fan sit too close or too far from its mating surface, which can cause unusual noise, vibration, or reduced suction. Bad spacing also puts extra load on the motor and speeds up wear. Fitting the correct lower spacer restores proper fan clearance and smooth operation.
