Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 60543 is the EZ Glide carpet floor tool, a 1-1/2 inch attachment listed for ProTeam vacuum wands.

It replaces a floor tool that has cracked at the wand connection or worn along its leading edge from being dragged across carpet through a full shift. A loose or cracked fit at the wand lets air escape before it reaches the tool's opening, and pickup at the carpet weakens even though the vacuum's motor is unaffected.

Vacuum wands are not all one diameter, so check the wand you will be fitting it to against the 1-1/2 inch size before ordering. A properly seated tool should glide across carpet without catching or dragging. Inspect the connection point periodically even before problems appear, since catching a crack early avoids a mid-shift failure.
